You may

Use this component in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
Use it in client work, and hand the resulting project to that client.
Modify it however you like.
Use it in projects that are themselves sold or monetised.

No per-seat fee, no per-project fee, no attribution required.

You may not

Resell, relicense, sublicense or redistribute the source, modified or not.
Publish it to a public repository, package registry, gist, or any other place where it can be obtained without purchase.
Include it in a component library, UI kit, template, theme or starter that is itself sold or given away.
Use it to create a product that competes with susanoo.ui.

The short version: build anything you want with it. Just don’t hand the source to people who haven’t bought it.

Bundled fonts

src/fonts/ contains Geist and Geist Mono by Vercel, which are not covered by this licence. They are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. See src/fonts/OFL.txt.

Warranty

Provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of this software.

One licence covers one purchaser, whether a person or a company. If your team needs multiple seats, that’s already included; the licence is per-buyer, not per-dev.
