We collect as little as we can: enough to sell you a component, deliver it and help you with it. No tracking, no ads, no selling your data.

Who we are

susanoo.ui is a product of Susanoo Inc., which is responsible for your personal information when you use this site. Questions go to billing@susanoo.ai.

What we collect

When you buy: your email address, name, billing country and postcode, and the details of your order. You enter these on Stripe’s checkout. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
When you use My purchases: the email address you enter, so we can look up your orders and send you a sign-in link.
When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
When you browse: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

What we don’t do

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t send marketing email.

Why we use it

To take payment, deliver your download, let you download it again, send your receipt and sign-in links, answer support requests, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who processes it for us

Stripe: payments, receipts and the record of your order.
Resend: sends the My purchases sign-in emails.
Netlify: hosts this site and runs the download service.
Google Workspace: our email, for support conversations.

These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept while they’re useful for helping you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we’re not required to keep it. Email billing@susanoo.ai from the address you used at checkout. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the privacy regulator where you live; in Canada, that’s the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date above.
