Refund policy

All sales are final.

Components are delivered as source code that you keep, so we can’t take a purchase back. That’s why we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires it.

Try before you buy

Every component page has a live demo you can use in full, plus a video and the complete props list. If you’re unsure whether it fits your project, ask us first.

If something’s wrong

Support is included with every purchase. Email billing@susanoo.ai and we’ll help you set the component up, fix bugs in it, and make small changes or revisions so it fits your product. See Support for details.

Where the law requires a refund

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you believe you’re entitled to a refund, email us and we’ll handle it as the law requires.
