Who you’re buying from

susanoo.ui is a product of Susanoo Inc. When you buy a component, you’re buying from Susanoo Inc.

What you’re buying

A licence to use the component’s source code, delivered as a zip file. What you can and can’t do with it is set out in the licence, which is also included in every download.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on each component’s page and are charged once. There’s no subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Delivery

After payment you’re taken to a download page. You can download your components again at any time from My purchases, using the email address you entered at checkout. Stripe emails your receipt to that address.

Refunds

Because components are delivered as source code you keep, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds, except where the law requires it. See the refund policy.

Support

If something isn’t working, email billing@susanoo.ai with your order email. We’ll help you get the component set up, fix bugs in it, and make small changes or revisions on request. See Support.

Warranty

Components are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Susanoo Inc. is not liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from their use, to the extent the law allows.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to that purchase.
